Gerard King is a graduate of printmaking from NCAD, Dublin.

Having spent more than 30 years working in the education sector, he has returned to making original prints

His new found love of wood has been the spark to re-ignite his interest in printmaking and in particular woodcut prints.

His prints are all hand burnished, printed using Speedball professional ink on 100% cotton rag paper
